Arrowake was approached by leadership to help the consultancy define their differentiator in a crowded space, delineate between the various levels of competition at play on the islands, and construct a re-enforceable brand strategy that will guide the team to grow and consistently apply a focused narrative.
By engaging in detailed research and interviewing Inclusion’s existing customer base, the team was able to clearly define the wants and needs of the consultancy’s central audience. The resulting sentiments were evaluated and blended into a single character. The personification of the target customer was communicated in a variety of ways, allowing stakeholders to form a clear line of thinking when addressing the needs of the customer.
