Kent Companies manages a variety of elegant apartment complexes and business rentals in New York. With their recent acquisition of a new property, the team was ready to refresh the visuals and usability of their existing website in order to attract more inbound leads.
Arrowake went to work designing iterations for a new website that give a visual face-lift and would make the site more browser-friendly. With the proper application of SEO, the new sit would attract potential tenants to inquire through the web form. We started with Mood Boards that described the look and feel we were aiming to achieve and set out to capture it throughout the web experience.
We developed multiple conceptual explorations and refined them until a happy mix was achieved. We then threaded the chose direction through all the content of each page, and designed responsive pages that look good on both desktop and mobile.
